September Technical Update

On September 20, 2025, our technical team completed the foam scale model and started the layup.

We first cut the slices using the front profile of each 2" section, then sanded the rounded edges with 80- and 120-grit sandpaper. Next, we taped the slices together to form the blocky shape of the car, taped the side profiles onto the right side, and sanded down to the side profile. Finally, we used our CAD model as a reference while sanding in the curvature of the model.
